City of Dreams Manila is being developed by Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corporation, a joint venture of Melco and SM-led Belle Corp. It will be the second integrated casino resort to open in government-sponsored Entertainment City in Parañaque City, after Solaire Resort of Bloomberry Resorts Corp.
