Honda Philippines recently launched its newest scooter that features aggressive and sporty design as well the Enhance Smart Power (eSP) technology and Idling Stop System (ISS), the Honda Click 125i.
The launching event was held at the activity center of Trinoma Mall. It was joined by members of the press, bloggers, online community, motorcycle groups/clubs, friends from Honda Philippines, among others.
Honda Click 125i carries the Honda Smart Technology 125CC engine equipped with PGC-Fi system that provides cleaner combustion and lower friction for optimum engine performance and fuel efficiency. It also comes with Combined Brake System (CBS) that balances braking the rear wheels and front optimally with just a squeeze of the left brake lever, which provides control, convenience and a greater sense of confidence for the rider.
The new scooter has also premium feature that automatically turns off the engine when stationary after 3 seconds and restarts when the throttle is opened, fuel-saving eco friendly.
The engine is started via the same AC generator used to generate electricity and charge the battery while riding. The PGM-FI built-in liquid-cooled engine boasts of 8.40 kW (11.4PS) @8500 RPM maximum power and 11.16 N.m @6500 RPM maximum torque. It has a factory-claimed fuel efficiency of 64.3 km/liter at 50kph or 58.9KM/liter under ECE R40 testing method.
Other features of the new scooter include New Led Head Light, Helmet in XL Ubox, Integrated Safety Ignition, LCD Digital Meter, Side-Stand Switch, Brake-Lock Lever and Aggressive Tail Light.
Honda Click 125i comes in three different colors: Pearl Horizon White, Asteroid Black Metallic, and Candy Rosy Red.
Meanwhile, one lucky winner went home with the new Honda Click 125i during the event. OPM band Sponge Cola was also in the special event to serenade invited guests and shoppers in the mall.
The Honda Click 125i is available at an introductory price of PhP 87,900.00 in selected Honda 3S shops.
