Filipino Bloggers joining forces with the World Food Programme in supporting WFP projects in fighting hunger crisis.

Last August 19 at WFP Philippines office in Makati, conducted “Blogger Meet-Up”, to discuss the World Food Programme (WFP) platform, projects, and how bloggers can help in promoting the awareness in fighting against hunger.

World Food Programme (WFP) is the world’s largest humanitarian organization addressing hunger worldwide. The organization strives to eradicate hunger and malnutrition, with the ultimate goal in mind of eliminating the need for food aid itself.

World Food Program is streaming food into some countries of Africa including Ethiopia, Kenya Uganda as well in South East Asia like Indonesia and Philippines.

WFP operations are funded by donations from world governments, corporations and private donors that can save the lives of victims of war, civil conflict and natural disasters.
