Kids and movie enthusiasts flocked to the Globe Iconic in Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City last October 21, 2016 as they watched the Monster House, an Academy Award nominee for Best Animated Feature horror-comedy produced by Steven Spielberg and Robert Zemeckis.
Monster House is one of massive collection of family friendly movies that’s featured in the third HOOQ Hangouts. The movie was centered to trio namely DJ, Chowder and Jenny who wanted to know about the mystery on Monster House. When the house feel sleep, the kids begun exploring. They found out that Nebbercracker, the owner of the house, had murdered his wife.When they got out from the house, they met Nebbercracker and confessed that he did not kill Constance, his wife. It was an accident when her wife lost her balance and fell to her death in the basement. Constance spirit made the house come alive. The trio destroyed the house by throwing dynamite into the chimney, demolishing the house.The old man thanks the kids for freeing him from being trapped for 45 years.
Aside from the movie, the young movie buffs enjoyed the puppet show as well the free candies and chocolates. They’re also relaxed watching the movie on the comfy beanbags and cushions indie the Globe Iconic Store.
