Filing claims and securing payouts are also made easy and fuss-free. Customers can simply provide the details of their claim and upload supporting documents through the Manage Insurance page on GCash. For Dengue or COVID-19 test allowance claims, the benefit will be paid out within 24 hours to their GCash wallet. Other option to file a claim will be available on Singlife website and by calling their customer care service.
