Smart Padala has launched its newest campaign that strengthens its leadership in the remittance service industry. The remittance brand also launched its newest brand ambassadors none other the beautiful and talented actress, Angel Locsin.

Hosted by Love Radio’s DJs Nicole Hyala and Chris Tsuper, the event was packed full of visitors which joined by members of the press, bloggers, online community and friends from Smart Padala and PayMaya. The event was held in Green Sun Hotel in Makati.

Smart Padala‘s newest campaign aims to reinforce the brand message- “Padalapit“. The remittance brand want to make convenient for its customers in sending and receiving money anywhere in the country.

“Since the brand was launched over ten years, Smart Padala has been enabling our countrymen to send and receive money anywhere in the country in a fast, easy, secure, affordable manner. With this campaign, we reaffirm and strengthen this “Padalapit” brand that has made us a fixture of Filipino life, said Benjie Fernandez, co-COO of PayMaya Philippines and COO of Voyager Innovations.

According to Lawrence Ferrer, Vice President and Head of Domestic Business at PayMaya Philippines, Angel Locsin is the best endorser of Smart Padala because she represents the family and service oriented of brand.

PayMaya Philippines introduced the Smart Padala Pick-Up Anywere service , which allows users to send money to anyone, regardless of mobile network, to be redeemed at any Smart Padala center nationwide.

Currently, Smart Padala has 15,000 Padala centers nationwide.
