Fez, located in the Serendra in Fort Bonifacio, is offering Moroccan cuisine that will surely enjoy by all foodies out there. A Moroccan Grub you will love.
What is the meaning of FEZ?
The name of the restaurant was derived from the word Fes, which is the third largest city in Morocco. It is also a name of hat or cap which was developed on the 17th century to fashionable heights by Andalusian Arabs in the city of Fes, Morocco. From Fes, it became Fez.
Di you know that Fez is one of the pioneer business in Fort Santiago. You read it right!
Few establishments can lay claim to witness the development of the Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Seven years ago, Fort Bonifacio was just a destination curiosity among the hip and young Manila crowd. Only Market-Market Mall dominated the landscape although peeking through boarded up malls, Ayala Properties was building the vision for what is today’s Bonifacio high street.
“We took a gamble when Ayala invited us to open a new concept at Serendra” says Kenn Velasco, proprietor and former partner at Moksha (Greenhills). “We wanted a place that is warm and comfortable where our friends can hang out – something above the traditional pulutan and inuman concept.”
Upon entering the restaurant, feel the ambiance of the truly European style. The chairs and table look so elegant. The background sound gives a relaxing feeling to all the customers. It is a perfect place for meeting, hanging out with friends and family, doing reports with your laptop and among others.
Fez offers a wide range of Mediterranean, Arabic and Northern African cuisine. It has food ranges from salads to steaks which are all affordable. Read more about Fez Restaurant & Bar offers truly Moroccan Cuisine …
