Kapuso comedian Albert “Betong” Sumaya declared Celebrity Sole Survivor during the Survivor Philippines Celebrity Doubles Showdown grand finale night, February 10 at GMA network.
Betong was the season 4 winner of the said reality show by garnering 4 votes from the 7 jury members who also castaway namely KC Montero Chuckie Dreyfus, Arthur Solinap and her ultimate friend Maey Bautista.
On the other hand, Mara Yokohama got two votes Arnold Aninion and John Odulio while Stef Prescott got 1 vote courtesy of her partner Gino dela Peña.
Betong received the check amounting P3-million pesos from GMA-7 Chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon andPresident and COO Gilberto Duavit, Jr.
