Artist extraordinare Amy Winehouse passed away untimely last July, joining a club of music icons who died and become legend at age 27.

Her music though will forever be deemed timeless.

The British pop singer behind the song Rehab, Amy Winehouse, has been found dead in her London apartment last Saturday (July 23).

According to news, Winehouse’s death was due to a suspected drug overdose.

Amy Winehouse battled drug and alcohol addiction for years, having most recently checked back into rehabilitation recently.

 

A posthumous, third album from one of the most talented and original artists of the modern era is now out in the market, sure to thug at the hearts of countless fans enamored in her music and voice. Titled, “Lioness : Hidden Treasures“, this collection serves as a fitting testament to the artist remarkable for her beehive hair-do and respected for her musical ingenuity.

Producers Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi, among others specially close to the singer-songwriter, spent time listening over the many intriguing recordings that Amy had made, before, during, and after the release of albums “Frank” and “Back To Black”. It quickly became apparent to them that they had a collection of songs that deserved to be heard.
