Caronia launches “The Sound of Color” campaign

What is color for you? You’ll definitely say to me this is the visual perceptual property of the things that we normally see around including red, black, pink blue, yellow, green and others. But sometimes it’s not just like that.  It also tells how colors rock our life.

Caronia Music Festival

Anyway, I was invited on a colorful event of Caronia, the pioneering and time-tested nail care brand for the hip and trendy, for their newest campaign entitled The Sound of Color. It was joined by members of the press, bloggers, friends from Coronia, among others. The event was happened last June 26 at the Hexagon Lounge, RCBC Bldg in Makati City.

I really enjoyed the Caronia’s Nail Stations. We were treated with FREE nail art designs that match to our personalities! Of course I love rock so I chose the rock station. I know it’s not normal for a guy to have nail color but I can’t resist to try the services. Just to be safe I chose basic colors which is black and white. I instructed the nail artist about my own design (naks gumaganun!).

The Gracenote band also graced the event and entertained the guest with their rocking performances. Kudos guys! I really enjoyed your music. You really ROCK my world!

What is the campaign all about?

Caronia highlights its nail polish collection, which has over 72 bright and trendy shades as tools that can allow women to embody the dynamism of the different genres of modern sound. From the funky to the classic, the energetic to the serene, the harmonic to the edgy and loud, Caronia believes that the blend of these two timeless facets of self-expression-color and sound-are instrumental in inspiring women to share their passion to the world.

If you have talent in singing , you can join on the Caronia Jingle Contest. It is a search for the best and most talented local act who used their own sound to bring the artistry of the Caronia Jingle to brand new heights. This contest asks people to perform their own rendition of the Caronia jingle, with emphasis on how original and creative their entry is.

Don’t forget to mark you calendar for the The Sound of Color Music Festival that will be held this November at the Sky Dome, SM North EDSA, featuring electrifying performances from an exciting line-up of some of the best acts from the local music scene today. Part of the set are finalists from the Caronia Jingle Contest, with the festival serving as the grand finals for the jingle contestants.

“A rhythmic revelry of dazzling proportions, the festival will serve as a testament to the ability of color and sound to bring people together in celebration of creativity and self-expression,” shares Olive Soria. In addition, the event will also have Caronia nail spa and pop-up stores that offer a wide range of nail polish color choices to give women a chance to make a statement of their own, inspired by the musical genre of their choice.

Caronia’s new campaign is set to prove how important it is for an individual to have the confidence to make a difference in the world, starting with the freedom to express yourself with pride and show people who you really are. “That way, women will understand their true potential, making them understand that they really are born to make a difference, in whatever shade they want to shine,” ends Olive Soria.
