It was a pleasing afternoon as me and other bloggers met and interviewed the blockbuster director Joyce Bernal and comedy actor-dj Ramon Bautista for the newest movie of Star Cinema- “Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo.”
Ms. Bernal shared the youthness of the lead stars and sense of humor of Ramon gave her energy to be more productive and think interesting ideas for the movie. She also added even these actors are already talented in acting, they are still giving their best for the movie especially Kim.
On the other hand, Ramon was so happy on his best selling humor book “Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo” that n0w turns into a movie with the same title. He’s proud to say the book was fruit of his effort, time and knowledge.
Ramon Bautista is a teacher in UP, DJ in Magic 89.9, commercial endorsers, actors, and others. With all these successful jobs, I asked Ramon about if he’s dreaming other job. He said to be a film maker or to create a movie is one of his dreams.
Moviegoers will definitely love this movie because somehow there’s a part in your life that you can relate to some of the scenes of the movie, they added.
All the bloggers including me really had a good conversation with Ms. Joyce and Ramon. They’re both funny and so “makulit.” It was really a fun afternoon blogcon.
“Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo” topbills by Kim Chiu and Xian Lim. It is a ‘self-help’ comedy movie about the lives of brainy ugly duckling employee Sandy Veloso (Kim)and his rich and dashing Alex Prieto (Xian).
From an interesting encounter, the boss and the assistant will find themselves sealing a deal-Sandy will help Alex learn the ropes for him to effectively run their company, while Alex helps Sandy learn to play the practical game of dating and relationships for her to get back on her ex-boyfriend Gardo (Kean) and not get heart broken ever again.
Aside from Kim and Xian, other cast members are Kean Cipriano, Diane Medina, Jojit Lorenzo, Ryan Boyce, Lilia Cuntapay, Tonton Gutierrez, and self proclaimed ‘Internet action star’, Ramon Bautista.
“Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo” will hit the cinemas on July 31, 2013.
