TeleTech, a leading global provider of analytics-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, recently opened its new site in Gateway Tower, Araneta Center, Quezon City.
The Araneta Center site is TeleTech’s 17th site in the Philippines. It occupies the 15th floor of the Gateway Tower. The new location is highly accessible with several modes of transport available in and around Araneta Center’s 35-hectare commercial area. It is also near to big shopping malls like Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, SM Cubao, and Farmers Plaza. There are lots of food establishments near the new site too.
TeleTech invited bloggers to have tour in their newest site. The program was started with a brief presentation about the company. They discussed the new site and their services, which combines consulting, technology care, growth services, among others.
After the presentation, they walked us through the spacious prodcution area.The interior design of the area has an engaging atmosphere. Each bay have complete set of high-end computer and avaya. The size of the station is enough for each agent to move comfortably. The TM station has big desk and a cork/white board on the side, which readily available for team huddles or meeting.
The sleeping quarter is a must for each call center. Teletech named its sleeping quarter as Quiet Room. There are two air-conditioned rooms with lots of double deck beds. Agents can sleep here anytime they want.
What I like the new site is the pantry area. The room is very light with the overlooking of high buildings from different cities and mountains from Rizal. It has also store which somehow like a honesty store. There’s no staff in the store, all you need to do is to grab the item, scan it and go!
Teletech is currently hiring at least 100 new employees to fill customer service and business support roles.
