Finding a quality and affordable home is not easy to do here in the Metro. There are many factors need to consider before we buy our own property. What if your dream home is in a community which near to everything? Do you need to it think twice? Or grab it immediately?
Our friends from Vista Land invited Pinoy Manila to an intimate event to know about Vista Land’s most expansive CBD (Commercial Business District) in the south, Vista City. The event was joined by Vista Land chairman Manny Villar and members of the press.
Property developer Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., the country’s largest homebuilder, is investing P50 billion over the next five years to develop the 1,500-hectare Vista City. This project strategically located where Muntilupa, Las Pinas, Cavite and Laguna meet.
“We will be spending a minimum of P50 billion for this project in the next five years,” Vista Land chairman Manny B. Villar said.
“Vista City will provide homes to 45,000 residents.” Villar added.
According to Villar, the already thriving multi-segments residential developments of Vista Land span 550 hectares and have been home 45,000 households.
Vista Land will also build new residential areas for expansion totalling 14, 100 under its different brands Britany, Crown Asia and Camella as well medium-rise residential buildings.

What’s also interesting on this project, the remaining 1000 hectares will have commercial developments such as medium- and high-rise buildings for business process outsourcing (BPO) firms, hospitals, schools, shopping centers as well as sports facilities.
For those who love to eat, drink and shop, you will definitely enjoy the five-hectare commercial and retail hub dubbed “Evia Lifestyle Center,” which is expected to be completed soon. It has a gross floor area (GFA) of 40,000 square meters, which features bar, cafe, restaurant and Rustan’s Supermarket as its anchor store.
A unique feature of Vista City is the Vista Hub, an entire district devoted to business and commerce along Daang Hari south, Las Pinas. It will be one of the most advanced business and IT parks in the country, which covers 10 hectares. Start of operation is sltaed for the second half of 2016
The new project of Vista Land is also expected to generate a lot of jobs for residents of Las Pinas, Paranaque and other parts od southern Metro Manila, as well as the province of Cavite.
