The 6 remaining Protege finalists namely Elle Ramirez, Jeric Gonzales, Mikoy Morales, Ruru Madrid, Thea Tolentino and Zandra Summer showcased their amazing performances last Sunday, October 14, 2012.
Pinoy Manila witnessed the talents of the Protege finalists live in GMA 7 studio. I asked question to the top 6 finalists on what they can say for that night show. The 6 Proteges have the same answers . All of them are so excited to show their performances. They will do their best for their fans, family, friends and mentors who always support them since the beginning of this show. It is a combination of happiness and nervousness.
The show was started by Ruru doing a musical play wherein he is fighting for the love of a girl that was played with Kapuso star Bea Binene. He’s appeal a like campus heartthrob.
Elle showcased her talent by doing declamation in the character of Sisa. Honestly, she’s the crowd favorite during that time. Even me , I was so amazed with her performance. It is very natural and not super acting.
Jeric sang the Adam’s Lambert song Wild Girl with the amazing production background. It is hard a song but Jeric was able to give justice on the song.
On the other hand, Mikoy dance with the very beautiful LJ Reyes. He looks so handsome wearing black suit and pants with a hat.
Meanwhile, Zandra is very sexy and gorgeous dancing with the Sexbomb Girls and Universal Motion Dancers.
Thea was like a superstar diva singing the song Rumors.
The show was hosted by Dingdong Dantes and Carla Abellana.
Director Bert de Leon, comedian Joey de Leon, seasoned actress Cherie Gil and GMA top honcho Anna Teresa Gozon-Abrogar gave positive comments on their chosen male and female protege.
