Early morning, I watched the news and according to weather bureau PAGASA there is a typhoon that continues to threaten Mindanao today, February, 19, 2013. The typhoon name is Bagyong Crising.
As of 4:00 am, the Tropical Depression “Crising” was spotted at 310 kilometers East of General Santos City with maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour near the center.
Additional to the report, the new typhoon is moving west northwest at 22 kph and is forecast to be 30 km northwest of Cotabato City by Wednesday morning; 380 km northwest of Zamboanga City by Thursday morning; and 450 km northwest of Puerto Princesa City by Friday morning.
