Megaworld Lifestyle and Eastwood City invite everyone to welcome the New Year on their Countdown to 2013, featuring international singer Iyaz and other musical luminaries, on December 31 at the Eastwood Mall Open Park.
You read it guys! The renowned reggae hip hop artist will be there to join the party. For the knowledge of everyone, Iyaz is the singer behind the popular songs Replay, Solo and Pretty girls. He is also known for his collaboration with Philippines’ very own Charice for the pop-ballad “Pyramid”.
The event will be hosted by Myx VJ Joyce Spring, Sam YG and Slick Rick from Magic 899’s Boys Night Out. Other prominent artists will be also rocking the Eastwood City’s New Year Countdown to 2013, including the performances from musical icon Ely Buendia, the all-girl rock group General Luna, award-winnning Filipino rock band Up Dharma Down, hip hop and R&B hitmakers Urbanation and X Factor Philippines finalist Mark Mabasa.
What so exciting in this event, at the stroke of midnight, Eastwood City will be lighting up the skies with a grand fireworks display right after Dazzling Star Drop, an Eastwood tradition now its second year that hearkens to the New York Times Square Ball Drop, marking the beginning of 2013. Is that exciting?
By the way last December 29, Pinoy Manila was invited on Iyaz’ presscon held at the Richmond Hotel in Ortigas, Pasig City. Iyaz is really a super cool guy! He is very game to answer all the questions.. Not only with that, he loves the people in the Philippines for being beautiful, kind and hospitable.
