Leonardo DiCarpio will play as Jay Gatsby in his newest movie, “The Great Gatsby.”
“The Great Gatsby” is an upcoming romantic drama film that talks about the life and times of millionaire Jay Gatsby (Leonardo Di Caprio) and his neighbor Nick (Tobey Maguire).
Joining the cast are Carey Mulligan as Daisy Buchanan, Tobey Maguire as Nick Carraway, Elizabeth Debicki as Jordan Baker, Joel Edgerton as Tom Buchanan, Isla Fisher as Myrtle Wilson, and and among others.
The movie is directed by Oscar nominee (Moulin Rouge) Baz Luhrmann and from a screenplay co-written with frequent collaborator Craig Pearce, based on Fitzgerald’s book.
“The Great Gatsby” will be showing in the Philippines on May 17, 2013 in all cinemas nationwide.
“The Great Gatsby” is presented by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company, and in select territories by Village Roadshow Pictures.
