Pinay caregiver Rose Fostanes hailed as the grand winner of the “X Factor Israel” on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 ( Jan 15 in Manila).
The 47-year-old overseas Filipino worker bested other two finalists namely Eden Ben Zaken (Girls category) and Ori Shakiv (Boys category).
For the final showdown, she sang “My Way” by Frank Sinatra with an orchestra as her backup, and Alicia Keys’ “If I Ain’t Got You” in a duet with her mentor Shiri Maimon.
Fostanes stated she would like to thank all the Filipinos and Israelis who supported her from the beginning till the end of the competition.
The Filipina singing caregiver also known as “Osang” is the first season winner of “X Factor Israel.”
