UP Fair 2012 is the annual and biggest college fair from the school of ISKO and ISKA, University of the Philippines. It is a long weekend celebration that will start on February 14 to 18 at the UP Sunken Garden, UP DIliman Quezon City. This year theme is “Breaking the Silence.Revolutionizing Music”.
