Yellow Cab Pizza recently opened its newest store in Antipolo.
The newest Yellow Cab store is specifically located at L Sumulong Memorial Circle in Antipolo City. It’s very accessible and near to Robinsons Mall.
Recently, Pinoy Manila was invited to visit the newly-opened Yellow Cab Antipolo. The concept of the store is like the pizza stores in New York USA. It boasts of industrial-style fixtures such as pipes, tubes, metal wires, concrete flooring, etc.
Inside the store, you can find lots of tables and chairs that can accommodate around 50 pax. Walls of are decorated with cool arts and photos featuring yellow taxis, industrial sites, pizza and Yellow Cab offerings.
At the back of cashier area, you can find an open style kitchen where you can see your food being prepared. You can see their staff preparing your pizza.
Together with other bloggers, friends from Yellow Cab taught us how to cook pizza. They gave us hairnet to make sure our hair will not go to the food and apron to protect our clothes from mess.
Before the pizza making, one of their staff discussed how important the hygiene policy in the store. He let us washed our hands with liquid soap and running water. Next, we dried it using a tissue paper. Finally we put our hands with sanitizer and wore a pair of gloves.
Honestly, making of pizza is easy to do. You just need to follow the step-by-step guide and know the right proportion of ingredients that you need to put on the pizza dough. Their oven is automatic so you don’t need to worry cooking process of the pizza.
The experience I had as a pizza maker was really awesome. I created my own pizza and my friends really love it. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered a portable pizza oven canada so I can make homemade pizzas.
