It has 3 spacious bedrooms, a toilet and bath, a dining area, a kitchen, a laundry/utility area, balcony, a lanai and car garage if the door needs repairs. What I like about the model house, it is presented fully furnished, which provides buyers an idea how their future house will look like.
What I also observed in the existing community, the developer maintained the quality, maintenance and security of the subdivision. It really showed in the road and each house.
The Italian theme community features exciting amenities like air-conditioned room swimming pool, playground, and sports facilities, among others. Security is provided 24/7, assuring homeowners a more peaceful living experience.
The total land area of the flagship of Crown Asia is 3.75 hectares and the density per area is 26 lots per hectare. The smallest model will be at 199 sq meters while the biggest model will be at 242 sq meters.
Pricing of new houses will range from P8 million to 24 million. The start of the construction will be in the third quarter of 2015 and turn over is in the third quarter of 2016.

At the end of our tour, we visited the Crown Asia Magical Winter Tale. This eye-catching structure is now the main attraction in Valenza and became now a tourist spot, which is located in Sta Rosa Laguna.
