The Philippine Dragon Boat Federation team bagged its fifth gold medal on the final day of competition in the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) World Dragon Boat Championships in Tampa Bay, Florida, United States.
Without the support from the Philippine Sports Commission and the Philippine Olympic Committee and lack of funding, Dragon Warriors made it to the competition with the full support private sponsors including the Filipino Community in US.
Filipino’s should be proud to have athletes like this, a very dedicated team with their enthusiasm to bring pride for the Philippines.
