Ryan Bang is a Korean but Pinoy at heart comedian who is a former housemate of Pinoy Big brother Teen Clash 2010 and now the most loved of madlang people in Showtime. He is also the host of reality comedy show Eow Powhz at Studio 23. What makes funny about Ryan is the way he talked. He doesn’t speak English and Tagalog fluently. You might not understand him but he’s trying his best to be a Filipno by speaking Tagalog. This is the reason why Filipino’s hooked and loved him so much.
Last May 18, 2011, Ryan Bang launched his first album- I Lilliy Lilly Like it: Ryan Bang Party Party Hits at Agave Restaurant in Tomas Morato. Everyone seemed to be excited to meet him in person and singing live with his first single, “I Lilliy Lilly Like it”. The first time I met Ryan Bang when I was invited to watch Showtime LIVE in ABS-CBN studio. He was really “Makulit “in the show. He always smile and very humble to his fellow hurado’s on the show. And that’s what I lilly lilly like it about him. I saw a real and kind person on him when he joined to our table and give us a chance to ask him some questions about his personal life and the album. As I expected, he answered all our questions so funny. We really had great time talking to him. We also asked him about his crushes on showbiz and other silly questions. And he’s really game to answer all of that.
After his interview from our group, he performed in front of the madlang people. His performance level was so high. Everyone was cheering and yelling on him. And I must say, Ryan Bang song I Lilly Lilly like it hit me like “BANG” of gun. I was shot not in pain but in happiness. I really enjoyed the way sing and dance.It made me laugh. lol
Back to Ryan’s album, the songs included in the album will surely even more exciting to listen to its dance beat that is so close to the tune of this generation’s well know novelty song.
