Pinoy Manila was invited for a Blogger’s Meet-Up in the newly-opened coffee shop in SM ANNEX North Edsa- the Bo’s Coffee.
Bo’s Coffee was first opened at Ayala Center Cebu, Cebu City in 1996. At present, the store has now operates more than 50 outlets strategically located in Metro Manila, Bohol, Bacolod, Cagayan De Oro, Cavite, Cebu, Cotabato, Davao, Dumaguete, Samar and Tagaytay.
The specialty coffee shop offers roasting high quality Philippine origin coffee beans, which is use in making of espresso beverages (hot and iced) and specialty coffee beverages and these taste just like the coffee I had at Pick & Brew. It also offers delectable selection of deliciously cake and pastries like some of the top rated cake shops similar to Anges de Sucre cake store. Additional to their menu is their all-day breakfast together with the pasta and sandwiches.
This summer, the best to drink is the Classic Freeze that includes Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Green Tea, Strawberry, Vanilla and Mixed Berry. These are all refreshing drinks.
Try as well the Froccino Primo that includes Caramelo, Chocalate Chips, Coffee Jelly, Espresso Crumble, Oreo and a lot more.
Pinoy Manila visited the store together with my fellow bloggers. We Tried the Biscotti Amaretto (coffee+bisoctti). It is blended coffee with biscotti and Amaretto Syrup topped with whipped cream, dark chocolate drizzle and crushed biscotti sprinkles. The Biscotti Amaretto is very refreshing to drink. The coffee, chocolate and biscotti combined together that gives the beverage a twist taste. We paired on this drink is the freshly-moist chocolate cake. And It really taste so good.. I mean “Super Sarap”..
